환불 정책

  1. 처음 30일은 무료입니다. 카드를 먼저 받지 않고, 30일이 끝나도 자동으로 결제되지 않습니다.
  2. 계속하려면 결제 안내 메일이나 결제 화면에서 직접 "결제"를 누르세요.
  3. 결제하시면 30일을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 남은 기간이 없으면 결제한 날이 첫날입니다. 무료 기간이나 앞서 결제한 기간이 남아 있으면 그 기간이 끝난 다음 날이 첫날입니다. 정확한 날짜는 결제 화면에 나옵니다.
  4. 언제든 "그만"이라고 답장하시면 안내 메일을 멈춥니다. 환불은 아래 5번대로 "환불"이라고 보내 주셔야 합니다. 자동 결제가 없어서 따로 끌 것은 없습니다.
  5. 결제한 다음 날부터 7일 안에(예: 10월 17일 결제 → 10월 24일까지, 보낸 날 한국 시간 기준) academy@lifeedhq.com으로 "환불"이라고 보내시거나 저희가 보낸 안내 메일에 그렇게 답장하시면 이유를 묻지 않고 전액 돌려드립니다. 환불하시면 그 30일은 취소되고, 남은 무료 기간은 그대로입니다.
  6. 위 전액 환불 보장 기간이 지났더라도 관련 법령에 따른 청약철회·환불 권리는 보장합니다. 환불하지 않는 경우 결제한 이용 기간의 마지막 날까지 이용하실 수 있으며, 자동 결제는 없습니다.
  7. 현재는 결제를 받지 않습니다. 결제 개통 후 결제 처리 주체와 카드 정보 취급 방식은 결제 화면에서 안내합니다.

Refund policy

  1. The first 30 days are free. We do not take your card up front, and nothing is charged automatically when the 30 days end.
  2. To continue, tap "Pay" yourself in our payment email or on the payment screen.
  3. Each payment gives you 30 days of use. If you have no days left, the day you pay is day one. If free days or days you already paid for are still left, day one is the day after those end. The payment screen shows the exact dates.
  4. Reply "stop" at any time and we will stop sending you emails. For a refund, send "refund" as described in item 5. There is no automatic billing, so there is nothing else to turn off.
  5. Within 7 days starting the day after you pay (for example, pay on October 17 and you have until October 24, Korea time of sending), email "refund" to academy@lifeedhq.com or reply "refund" to one of our emails, and we will return the full amount, no questions asked. A refund cancels that 30-day period; any free days you have left stay as they are.
  6. After our full-refund guarantee period ends, any rights to withdraw from the contract or receive a refund under applicable law still apply. If your purchase is not refunded, access continues until the last day of your paid service period. We do not charge you automatically.
  7. We are not accepting payments at present. When payments become available, the checkout screen will explain who processes your payment and how card information is handled.
